I live at the intersection of two deep passions: supporting the neurodiverse community and exploring the physical and mental power of movement. What started as a quiet, passing thought one afternoon has slowly grown into the foundation of this website. We are just at the very beginning of this journey, but my ultimate hope is to build a welcoming space where everyone feels empowered to discover the joy of health on their own terms.
