Cookie Policy

The TL;DR (Too Long; Didn't Read)

  • Cookies are just tiny text files. They act like digital sticky notes to help my website remember you.
  • I use them to make the site work and to see what content you find most helpful.
  • You are in control. You can block or delete them anytime in your browser settings.

1. What Exactly Is a Cookie?

When you visit my website, it asks your browser to store a tiny piece of data on your device. This is called a "cookie."

It sounds technical, but it’s basically just a memory aid for the website. It helps the site remember things like whether you’ve already closed a pop-up window or what your preferences are, so you don't have to keep clicking the same things over and over.

2. How and Why I Use Them

As a solo creator, I use cookies to keep my website running smoothly and to figure out what kind of content you actually want to see. I break them down into two simple categories:

  • The "Must-Haves" (Essential Cookies): These are necessary for the website to function. They do things like keeping you securely logged in if you have an account, or remembering if you prefer light mode or dark mode. You can't turn these off without breaking the website.
  • The "Help-Me-Grow" (Analytics Cookies): These help me understand how people use my site. They tell me which videos, articles, or fitness routines get the most views. This data is anonymous (it doesn't tell me who you are), but it shows me what content is helping people the most so I can create more of it.

3. Third-Party Cookies

Because I am a solo creator, I rely on other tools to share my content with you. When I embed things on my site, those platforms might also place a cookie on your device. This usually happens with:

  • Video Players: Like YouTube or Vimeo, when I embed a movement routine.
  • Payment Gateways: Like Stripe or PayPal, if you are purchasing a guide or supporting my work.
  • Support Platforms: Like Patreon or Ko-fi.

Note: I don't control the cookies from these outside platforms. They have their own privacy rules.

4. Your Browser, Your Rules

You have total control over your cookies. If you don't want them on your device, you don't have to have them.

To clear existing cookies: You can delete them anytime in your browser's history or privacy settings.

To block future cookies: Most browsers (like Chrome, Safari, or Firefox) allow you to block cookies entirely. Just know that if you block the "Must-Have" cookies, some parts of my website might look a little weird or not work correctly.
