  • Your brain is yours. So is your data.
  • I don’t sell your data. Not now, not ever.
  • I only collect what’s needed to make my content and tools work smoothly for you.
  • You’re in control. You can ask me to delete your info anytime, no questions asked.

1. My Core Promises to You

I am a solo content creator, not a faceless tech giant. Privacy shouldn’t be a confusing puzzle, so I wrote this in plain, everyday language because I value your trust.

  • No Data Brokers: I never trade, rent, or sell your personal information to outside companies.
  • Minimalism: I don’t "hoard" data. If I don’t need it to help you move and feel good, I don’t ask for it.
  • Transparency: If how I handle data ever changes, I’ll tell you clearly—no "hidden" updates in the fine print.

2. What I Collect (And Why)

To help you reach your movement goals and keep this project running, I need a little bit of info:

  • Contact Info: Your name and email if you sign up for my newsletter, send me a message, or create an account.
  • Your Preferences: Information you choose to share with me about your sensory needs, movement goals, or feedback so I can make better content for you.
  • Payment Info (for future donations): If we offer ways to support this project financially in the future, your card details will be handled entirely by secure third‑party payment processors. We will not see or store your full credit card number.
  • Technical Basics: The platforms I use collect basic things like your device type or general region so I can see what content is helpful and make sure my website works on your screen.

3. Who I Share Data With

Since it's just me running things, I use a few trusted platforms to help me host my content and connect with you. I only share information with:

  • Hosting Providers: The services that keep my website and videos online.
  • Payment Processors (for future donations): If we add options for donations, we will only work with trusted payment providers to safely handle your transactions.
  • Email Services: The tool I use to send you the newsletters or updates you’ve asked for.

None of these partner platforms are allowed to take your data from me and use it for their own marketing.

4. Cookies & Tracking

My website uses "cookies" (tiny text files saved to your browser).

  • Essential Cookies: These just make the site work properly (like remembering if you dismissed a pop-up).
  • Analytics: I use simple, privacy-friendly analytics to see which videos or articles people like the most. This helps me figure out what kind of content to create next.

You have full power over your information. At any time, you can:

  • See your data: Ask me what info I have about you.
  • Fix your data: Let me know if something needs updating.
  • Delete everything: You can unsubscribe, close your account, and request that I wipe your data from my systems. I will gladly honor this.

I rely on the industry-standard security of the major platforms I use (like my website builder and email host) to keep your data safe. While no system on the internet is 100% unhackable, I am very careful about the tools I choose to use and how I handle your info.
